How to Apply:

The following documents must be received for you to be considered:                

Completed application (when listing schools, organizations and clubs, be sure to give full name); download and print from this website.

Official transcript of high school grades including SAT/ACT scores and college/university transcripts if available.  Also include any honors or awards you may have received.

Include a brief statement from a receiver of community service provided by you relating to services provided that is not included in  your transcript.

All applications must be typed or clearly printed.

A photograph of the applicant must be attached.

The state scholarship requires a GPA of 3.0, an SAT of 1000 or an ACT of 22 or more.

A personal interview is required of all finalists for scholarships. 

The local scholarship is for $600 for the first two years, $750 for the last two years.

The state scholarship is for $500 the first year; $750 the second year and $1,000 the third and fourth years.

 

Applications will be accepted if postmarked on or before December 15..
